Zeustra represented the sale of a 30,000 SF facility leased to Community Health Systems (CHS). The real estate sale was occurring simultaneously with a sale of the hospital operations to Pinnacle Health Systems. Zeustra assisted the client in positioning the real estate asset for a sale that was strategically timed with the sale of the hospital. The building was over 30 years old but given its proximity to the hospital campus, we were able to position the asset to trade at a record cap rate for a medical real estate transaction in this market.
