Zeustra represented the sale of a two-building multi-tenant medical office portfolio on behalf of a prominent otolaryngology private practice.  After a thorough financial analysis, Zeustra advised the practice to lease the remaining unoccupied space short-term to optimize the value of the assets.  We were able to identify a foreign REIT as the highest bidder, making this their first acquisition in the United States.
