Pennsylvania Radiology Portfolio


Zeustra represented a physician-owned radiology practice in the sale-leaseback of their five-building real estate portfolio.  After performing a detailed buy-sell analysis that determined the economic benefit of a hold vs. a sale, Zeustra structured new lease agreements that optimized the value of the portfolio.  We then marketed the portfolio to REIT’s, private equity, and institutional investors and achieved a 10% pricing premium over original pricing goals.
